2. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION

Customers may register domain names with RarHost in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Customers must provide accurate and complete information when registering domain names and must promptly update this information as necessary.

3. DOMAIN NAME RENEWAL

Customers must renew their domain names with RarHost in a timely manner in order to maintain ownership of their domain names. RarHost may offer automatic renewal services, but customers are responsible for ensuring that their domain names are renewed in a timely manner.

4. DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS

Customers may transfer their domain names to RarHost or to other registrars in accordance with ICANN rules and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that domain name transfers are conducted in a timely and proper manner.

5. DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Customers agree to abide by the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) established by ICANN. In the event of a dispute regarding the ownership or use of a domain name registered with RarHost, customers agree to submit to the UDRP process.

6. DOMAIN NAME PRIVACY

RarHost may offer domain name privacy services to customers, which allow customers to keep their contact information private when registering domain names. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of domain name privacy services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. DOMAIN NAME SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

RarHost may suspend or terminate the registration of a domain name in the event of a breach of this Agreement or in accordance with ICANN rules and regulations. Customers may also terminate the registration of a domain name with RarHost at any time by providing written notice to RarHost.

Customer Hosting Agreement

This Customer Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of RarHost's hosting services. By using RarHost's hosting services, customers agree to comply with this Agreement.
